Changed your mind?
Request an ordinary change-of-mind return within 14 days after confirmed delivery. The item must be unused, in substantially the same condition you received it, and include its original packaging where applicable.
Contact us before returning anything
Send your order number and the item you would like to return. We will review your request and provide return instructions and the correct destination. Do not send a return to the address printed on the supplier package.
Return shipping and original delivery charges
For ordinary change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping unless we determine otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise. Original shipping charges are non-refundable for these returns only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, clear photos and/or video showing the item and problem, and packaging photos where relevant. If you cannot provide a particular form of evidence, let us know so we can discuss how to review your claim.
We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund. We will not require you to pay return shipping for a seller error where that would conflict with applicable law. The ordinary change-of-mind window and unused-item conditions do not limit your legal rights concerning faulty or misdescribed goods.
Refunds
We will tell you the outcome of your request and any next steps. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible, subject to applicable law. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the refund. Contact us if you need help tracing it.
Final-sale items
We do not apply a blanket all-sales-final rule. Any legally permitted final-sale restriction for a specific item will be clearly disclosed before purchase. Such restrictions do not remove rights you have under applicable law.
Cancellations
You may request cancellation before fulfillment begins. Please contact us immediately with your order number. Because fulfillment may start quickly, cancellation is not guaranteed. If fulfillment has begun, the order may need to proceed under the return and refund process, without limiting any cancellation rights required by law.

This policy does not exclude, restrict or replace rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer-protection law.
